A Note from Mariana

Hello! Thank you so much for being here. I’m truly happy to welcome you into this world of stories. 

I created this world with children in mind — all the children around the world who love stories. I was one of those children, too.

Stories shape us in ways that are difficult to explain. They give us courage and joy, as if we had invisible wings. Through them, we come to know ourselves better, understand the world, and become kinder to one another.

I hope that, while reading my stories, you will feel all of this too.

Perhaps one day we will meet. But even if you live so far away that meeting in person may be difficult, remember that, in a way, we have already met in a story.

 Prin povești, creștem și pe dinăuntru.

Bună! Îți mulțumesc din suflet că ești aici. Mă bucur să te întâmpin în această lume a poveștilor.

Am creat acest univers cu gândul la copii — la toți copiii din lume care iubesc poveștile. Și eu am fost un astfel de copil.

Poveștile ne modelează în feluri greu de explicat. Ne dau curaj și bucurie, ca și cum am avea aripi nevăzute. Prin ele ajungem să ne cunoaștem mai bine, să înțelegem lumea și să devenim mai buni unii cu alții.

Sper ca, citind poveștile mele, să simți și tu toate acestea.

Poate că într-o zi ne vom întâlni. Dar chiar dacă locuiești atât de departe încât ne va fi greu să ne vedem, să știi că, într-un fel, ne-am întâlnit deja într-o poveste.
